A super easy way to make slow cooker BBQ brisket. Just 2 ingredients and 5 minutes effort will give you the BEST, tender, delicious smoky pulled brisket.
A delicious, easy brisket recipe that's great for feeding a crowd and best of all, there's just two ingredients. Totally easy, totally yum and zero effort!
Beef brisket is a really economical cut of meat and the long slow cooking time just creates such tender, delicious pulled brisket.
Slow cooker BBQ brisket is really versatile too and you can serve it in lots of different ways, depending on how you feel and what you fancy eating.
We love to stuff it into crusty bread rolls with salad and a drizzle of mustard and serve alongside fries and homemade coleslaw .

Slow cooker BBQ brisket ingredients
You'll just need two ingredients for our beef brisket slow cooker recipe!
- Approx 1kg joint of brisket – this will serve 8 stuffed into sandwiches
- 250ml BBQ marinade – just choose your favourite – I like to use Bulls Eye Original BBQ sauce .
How to make slow cooker BBQ brisket
You are just going to LOVE how quick and simple this brisket recipe is!
- Heat the slow cooker – put it on the low temperature setting.
- Place the brisket into the slow cooker , – pour over the bbq marinade and cook on low for approx 8 hours, until the meat is literally falling apart.
- Pull the brisket – remove the brisket from the slow cooker and pull the meat apart using forks – pile onto a platter and add some of the sauce from the slow cooker to keep it moist and delicious.

- Go spicy – just use a hot and spicy BBQ marinade or add a pinch of chilli powder.
- Add some vegetables – fancy some veg? Add a layer of peppers and onions under the brisket and then serve alongside the pulled brisket.
